Our services are backed by a refund policy which may entitle you to some or all of your money back provided you call us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, and if the requested service is not completed. Here's how our refund policy works.
Full Refund: If you cancel your case 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we are not charged an appointment cancellation fee by the center, doctor, or mobile technician
Partial Refund: All test participants whose specimen were collected will be subjected to a per person charge for their individual profile report. If no specimens were collected for the test participants and requested testing was not performed and you call 24 hours prior to your appointment. In cases where we are charged for cancelling an in-center, doctor, or mobile appointment, that charge will be charged back to you.
No Refund: No refund will be given if you call us shortly before, during, or after the time of your appointment or after your appointment date has past. However, we will honor the commitment to do your DNA testing up to twelve (12) months of your original appointment date and time provided you pay the sample collection fee (i.e., the new sample collector's charges).
