DNA Testing Is Quickly Becoming The Norm
DNA Paternity Testing is quickly becoming the norm in everyday life. If your spouse is cheating you can order up an infidelity test which will answer questions on any article of clothing or other material you provide, and if you provide your DNA sample, we will tell you whether or not you were the donor of any samples you provide. Is your child’s father refusing to take responsibility, you can order up a paternity test. And even when he is unavailable (death, incarceration, or just missing in action); if there is doubt or dispute of a child’s paternity, you can order up an avuncular test using his brother or sister; or a grandparentage test using one or both of the grandparents. Grouped together, or individually these tests all fall under relationship testing.
Even the USCIS seems to be getting in on the action; they are requesting more and more that people prove their biological relationships once one is claimed. They have also gone ahead and made arrangements with sample collectors, clinics and/or doctors in the various countries and whenever they require DNA testing of a petitioner, they will provide them with a list of the approved doctors, clinics or collectors in the relevant country. This list of collectors, clinics and/or doctors is the “list of approved panel doctors” and although the petitioner and his or her beneficiary must pay for the DNA testing requested, they are responsible for payment of any and all fees incurred in obtaining DNA testing.
